Cooking method Strawberry Custard



COOKING METHOD

SERVES 3-4 PERSONS


1)   Take  2 tbsp (30g) National Custard Powder,

 add in 1/2 cups   (100ml) of Milk and Mix to make 

 smooth paste.


2)  Add 4 tabs (60g) Sugar in 2 cups of milk  (400ml) and  bring to boil.


3)  Add premixed custard

paste to the boiling milk

and heat for 2-3 minutes

with continuous stirring.

Refrigerate and serve cool
